Was Dich erwartet

Du bist laut Schichtplan in der Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht in den Bereichen Rezeption, Service, Bar oder Küche eingesetzt und achtest dabei auf einen reibungslosen Ablauf und Schichtwechsel.
Du führst Tätigkeiten ordnungsgemäß anhand der vorgegebenen Checklisten und Premier Inn Standards aus, sorgst für die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften, und des festgelegten Qualitätsanspruchs der Premier Inn Standards.
Du kennst unsere Finanzrichtlinie sowie unsere Datenschutzvorgaben und hältst diese strikt ein.
Du bist kostenbewusst und verwendest alle Dir zu Verfügung gestellten Arbeitsmaterialien mit Bedacht.
Du unterstützt das Management Team bei administrativen Aufgaben.

Was Du mitbringst

Du bist Gastgeber mit Leib und Seele und der Servicegedanke steht für Dich an erster Stelle.
Du möchtest lernen wie die einzelnen Abteilungen eines Hotels miteinander arbeiten.
Du hast eine neugierige Persönlichkeit und hinterfragst gerne Prozesse um Dein Wissen zu vertiefen.
Du bist kommunikativ und trittst allen Menschen offen gegenüber.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere mit MS Outlook.
Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus).

What to expect

You are, according to the shift schedule, assigned to the early, late and night shifts at the reception, service, bar or kitchen and ensure a smooth process and shift change.
You perform activities properly according to the given checklists and premier inn standards, ensure compliance with all legal safety and hygiene regulations, and the established quality of premier inn standards.
You are familiar with and strictly adhere to our financial policy as well as our privacy policy.
You are cost conscious and use all work materials provided to you wisely.
You support the management team with administrative tasks.

What defines you

You are a host with heart and soul and your service mentality is your main priority.
You want to learn how the individual departments of a hotel work together.
You have a curious personality and like to question processes in order to deepen your knowledge.
You are communicative and open towards all people.
You are confident in the use of common MS Office applications, especially MS Outlook.
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English (other foreign languages are a plus).
